  2. The thread titled, "Don't speak ill of the dead" I think was meant for the Clinton / Trump Story. The thread titled, "No need to panic yet" I think was meant for the dead for Phyllis Schlafly.

  4. "The expected conduct standard for the BoyToy forums is the same as that observed everyday in society by adults in our neighborhoods, towns, and cities. It is based on straightforward mature behavior, civility and courtesy that you find in a neighborhood Pub or Tavern where neighbors and acquaintances joined by occasional strangers come together to socialize in good temper, to share conversation, and to hoist, in moderation, a glass of favorite beer or wine or a cup of coffee or tea. These forums are NOT presented for abusive arguing and name calling, score settling, thread stalking, or general cyberspace blood sport for the chronically bored."

  5. We have had a lot of discussion recently in the forums about the site. There are things we do well and things we don't do so well. To be honest, after the Rentboy arrest, we tried our best to keep a low profile. We thought this was the best course of action even though we could have gotten more traffic back then. We have now decided that we will go for a totally free site with no paid upgrades at all. This will stop any exchange of money for using the site. The new process will still have photos and videos available to supporting members but those will be for escorts who post 5 or more photos and videos and for clients who post in the forum or who review escorts. We will also start encouraging more reviews and escorts to join the site. The programmers will start this week to remove all paid upgrades on the site for all members. As we want this site to be a great community, we ask what suggestions you have for the site. What would you like to see? What do we need to add to make it better for escorts and for clients? There are things we really failed at and we will try to improve upon those but often times, we can't see our own issues. However, we are open to suggestions!

  6. Had she only lived a little longer. “Our greatest presidents have all been men and they’ve been very good for our country,” https://www.yahoo.com/news/phyllis-schlafly-conservative-activist-author-dies-92-012623124.html Phyllis Schlafly, Conservative Activist and Author, Dies at 92 Phyllis Schlafly, a longtime conservative activist best known for her work in defeating the Equal Rights Amendment in the ’70s, died Monday afternoon. She was 92. The organization she founded, Eagle Forum, said in a statement on its website that she died surrounded by her family in her St. Louis home. Schlafly first rose to prominence with the release of her novel, “A Choice, Not an Echo,” in 1964. The book, which chronicled the history of the Republican National Convention, would go on to sell three million copies and become an oft-quoted text for those on the far right. It was distributed heavily in support of Arizona Sen. Barry Goldwater’s GOP presidential campaign, and is credited for helping him land the nomination. Schlafly was politically active for decades after releasing her book, fighting against the Equal Rights Amendment that would have outlawed gender discrimination, calling the movement STOP ERA. STOP ERA transformed into Eagle Forum, the ultra-conservative organization still running with 80,000 members over several states. One of her main arguments against the ERA — along with her beliefs that it would lead to gay marriage, and make it more difficult for women to obtain custody in divorce cases — was that it eliminated the men-only draft requirement, and feared it would lead to women joining combat. Her protests used symbols of the stereotypical American housewife, such as homemade bread and jams. Schlafly, however, was hardly the stay-at-home mom she held as an ideal, as her critics often pointed out. She worked overnight through college during World War II, obtaining a Master’s degree in government from Radcliffe, as well as a J.D. from Washington University Law School. She attended every RNC since her first in 1952, and had two unsuccessful bids for Congress. Her organization Eagle Forum, founded in St. Louis, says on its website that it opposes “the feminist goals of stereotyping men as a constant danger to women,” and that it “exposes the radical feminists.” Among its principles are strong border security, lower taxes and supporting “establishing English as our official language.” In her later life, Schlafly voiced her support for GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump. “Our greatest presidents have all been men and they’ve been very good for our country,” she said. In a statement on her death, Trump said, “Phyllis Schlafly is a conservative icon who led millions to action, reshaped the conservative movement, and fearlessly battled globalism and the ‘kingmakers’ on behalf of America’s workers and families. I was honored to spend time with her during this campaign as she waged one more great battle for national sovereignty. I was able to speak with her by phone only a few weeks ago, and she sounded as resilient as ever. Our deepest prayers go out to her family and all her loved ones. She was a patriot, a champion for women, and a symbol of strength. She fought every day right to the end for America First. Her legacy will live on in the movement she led and the millions she inspired.” Schlafly’s husband, Fred, died in 1993. She is survived by six children, along with 16 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/conservative-activist-phyllis-schlafly-dead-at-92_us_57ce0171e4b0a22de096adfe?

    No need to panic...yet.

Sometimes an outlier poll is just that, an outlier, i.e. statistical noise. Polls reporting their results on a likely voter basis are extremely sensitive to the precise definition of "likely voter" used to massage the raw data. Remember last election night when Karl Rove continued ranting madly on about how Romney was winning even as the networks were calling swing state after swing state for Obama? His data were (was?) telling him whites, males, social conservatives, etc were turning out about as expected and that meant Romney was winning. Rove's definition of "likely voter" discounted under 30s and people of color a little too heavily. Oops. That said I've been telling folks for months not to discount Ms. Clinton's ability to screw things up royally. I truly believe that damn near any other Republican (with the possible exception of Cruz) would be beating her soundly by now. 538 on how to read election polls as we enter the home stretch.

Please stop worrying Mr. Oz. He wasted opportunities in the past when there were terrorist attacks on the world stage. No reason to think it would be any different now. Relax, we got this....I think.

  14. Wow, Rocky is pulling out the big guns to keep his head above water and preserve his phony image. Lots or words without any substance, all perfectly constructed to once again shine the light on "himself". Who the hell cares anymore ?. He's a high strung asshole (I wont use the word TROLL) with an agenda. But WHY ? I couldnt give a fuck what this jerk looks like or does, but commandeering a message board with posts about himself is not only obnoxious, but downright selfish. He supports an idea that its not OK to look like anything less than a male super model, but really RH its OK to look like a normal middle-aged man so embrace it and stop denying who and what you really are. RH doesnt care about this site, its content or its members. When he's finished here, he will just crawl back under whatever rocks hes been under for the last few years. Who wants to hear the word TROLL one more time ? Cant the man make his point without the word.? Perhaps his points arent that strong ? My God, can you imagine dealing with him in the real world ? Give the man a fucking Trophy for the most usage of the word TROLL in a conversation. As for my baiting him, major HA Ha... My very first post when I realized he was back was one of support for what he had written, while also acknowledging our rocky past. . Someone needs to re-read and get his facts straight before making a fool of himself yet another time. And now, responding to MsAnn/BVB with nasty attacks is uncalled for and mean, yet very RH... It's what he does. His online persona is devoted to contempt for fellow members, yet he feels he is a good influence and valuable member, while discounting everyone elses contributions. He sets out to shock, but for the most part, except for his few supporters, he just disgusts. A post is never just a post. Its usually intended to denigrate and degrade and make the point that he's TOP dawg, as if this is some sort of competition. However, its interesting to see who people align themselves with and his Bromance with Lucky and citylaw is quite telling. The support he gets from his 2nd class sidekicks gives him the strength he needs. As I mentioned before, I view these supporters as I do the supporters of Donald Trump. Nasty, irrational hatred begets nasty, irrational hatred. Rockhard is just a sad person that tries TOO HARD to live a lie.
