Little bit snotty condescending (and slightly misleading) headline, but the article is good. Hillary Clinton's goal: Keep Bill Clinton happy, involved Sidelined and ornery in 2008, the former president is prepared to help in the war room and on the trail. http://www.politico.com/story/2015/04/hillary-clinton-2016-announcement-bill-clinton-116890.html#ixzz3X94xgGqI3 points

Prepagos are nightly in the bars and on the street of Calle 57A where it meets Oriental, the main street. There's a gay sex hotel in that block and they're all over Candaleria. They're not nice. The bartender at Andres Carbon in that block is a good looking young guy who will set you up with others. I wish I had started with Club Tobi and gotten suggestions from those guys. Also I wish I'd known about the masseur house mentioned in the Medellin thread. Club Tobi is a good start and base. Good hamburgers too and many of the regular customers are stunning. All regular hotels have safes but getting a guy in could be a problem with some hotels. Medellin hotels have an anti- "Sex Tourist" campaign going. Had to look at it's posters every time I took an elevator. But in day time with a mature clean-cut guy I doubt it's a problem. Bogota should be less problematic.2 points -
Bratislava?

I'm headed to Budapest for a week in early May with a 3-day stop-over in Berlin. I'm wondering if a 2-day sidetrip to Bratislava, Slovakia is worth it. Although it's the home of Bel Ami and many of the models live there, it seems to have less action than Budapest.1 point -
Hello all, I wanted to get people perceptions on solo traveling to Brazil. I normally travel with family or groups but am looking forward to traveling on my own for a change. I am looking at Sao Paulo and Rio for 10 days in October. Pitfalls to avoid? Things I shouldnt miss? (first time traveler) Guides to get a general tourist overview of the cities? General observations would be helpful.1 point

In response to your request, I offer my opinions in connection with “solo traveling” to Brazil. Firstly, traveling alone or with someone is a personal decision that can turn out to be a good or bad decision. Some people fear traveling to unfamiliar cities and the thought of visiting an unfamiliar city can be overwhelming, to many people. On the other hand there are people who are adventurous and travel almost anywhere either with someone or alone. During my first trip to Brazil and a few later trips to Brazil, I traveled with friends. Unquestionably, traveling for the first time or first few trips with a travel partner builds a “comfort level” for being in Brazil. Several times I mentioned that I traveled to Brazil many times. I recently completed my 123rd trip to Brazil. I will be returning to Brazil again in just a little over a couple of weeks. Obviously, based on my frequent trips to Brazil, I like it there. I also learned and know a lot about Brazil, first hand. At the present time, I usually travel alone to Brazil. I stay in Brazil anywhere from ten days to one month each time I go there. My trips that last one month are only a couple of times each year. When I began to travel “solo” I felt a little awkward but I quickly became comfortable traveling alone. Of course there are benefits to traveling with friends. You have companionship and you are put on somewhat of a schedule to go to certain places at certain times. This makes good use of your limited time in Brazil and you benefit in sharing taxi fares. Over time, you both learn locations and you both learn the metro system. You also both learn when to take a taxi or bus and you learn various ways to get around in Brazil. At the same time, don’t lose sight of the fact that human nature makes us each have personal likes and dislikes. For example, I might want to visit places on certain days but a travel companion might want to visit a different place on that same day. Another factor of traveling with someone is that you see the other person a lot. Sometimes, you see the other person too much. If you are both at the same hotel, you see the person at breakfast, lunch, dinner and at various places you both visit. At saunas, you might find that your travel companion is competitive and competes with you in connecting with particular garotos. If a trip to Brazil is a short trip, it is common to see your travel companion repeatedly and every day. However, when you see the same person every day and visit the same places together, every day, sometimes people tire of each other. That is just the way life is. I realize that just because I am comfortable doing a particular thing, or visiting certain places, does not mean that a travel companion will or should be comfortable with what satisfies me. A travel companion also has personal likes and dislikes. During my many trips, I have had some great travel companions and I have had some absolute monsters. One travel companion insisted that I accompany him everywhere and at all times. This made that trip very stressful and being around him, unpleasant. Over the years, I have become comfortable traveling solo around in Brazil. I developed a routine schedule that makes my visits to Brazil very satisfying to me. Do some research. Write down addresses and names of places you want to see and/or visit. Find which metro and other transportation methods will take you where you want to go. Bottom line: Don’t fear traveling solo. Happy travels.1 point

~ ~ ~ An elderly woman decided to prepare her will and Told her preacher she had two final requests. First, she wanted to be cremated, and second, She wanted her ashes scattered over Wal-mart. 'Wal-Mart?' the preacher exclaimed. 'Why Wal-Mart?' 'Then I'll be sure my daughters visit me twice a week.' ~ ~ ~1 point

You'll find Slovak boys have more Nordic features than Magyars, if that's of interest to you. I like Bratislava. My next journeys will be through the Baltic States. I was briefly in Tallinn in 2002, and if you like gorgeous blonds, that's the place. Of course, I'm still planning on Colombia.1 point -

125,000 COP is about twice what the sauna workers charge but of course it takes much more time to go to a hotel. I found Grindr better than ManHunt or PlanetRomeo but I didn't know about Hornet. Key word- Prepago.1 point -

In Bogota I stayed in Hilton no problem with visitors. Medellin I stayed in Colombia Hotel (don't remember name) again no problem at all. Saftey I can only tell you I saw 6 boys from Gayromeo not all in the escort section and I had no problems. As always put your valuables away and be aware as you need to be in Brazil Thailand Prague or anywhere. No idea about short term Hotels because I don't generally like.1 point -
1. With respect to Medellin, where is the best place to find and meet with an escort? 2. Is it safe to invite an escorts to a hotel room? 3. Are escorts allowed to visit a foreigner's hotel room? 4. Are there "short term" hotels in Medellin? 5. Are they easy to find if such places exist? Thanks in advance for a response.1 point

From attending a number of the annual Dark Shadows Festivals over the years (first went in 1993 -- when Louis Edmonds sort of propositioned me ), I got to know Lara Parker a little bit. Enough for her to remember me by name, and what we talked about last time we met. She used to be a high school English teacher, so as fellow lit'rature aficionados we found some common interests. She is the sweetest person. Some videos from the last one I went to, in 2011...1 point
