I was around when Redd Foxx was "around", and always thought that he and Pryor were hilarious, but I don't think that the "Cos" with his moral compass would have approved.

Sorry, the video cited is not - "a video sample of some typical Brazilian sauna boys." Although on rare occasions there is graphic sex shown on a stage during a show at a sauna, the general or "typical" night at a sauna does not include anything even similar to what is shown in the video. The video cited was filmed during Carnival at an event in Rio called Scala balls. At Scala events, activities shown in the video are ordinary and customary. Those openly displayed activities, as displayed in the video, are allowed only during Carnival events. Ordinarily I would ignore this misleading post. However, I am concerned that readers, not familiar with Brazilian saunas, might view video and falsely assume that the activities shown in the video are commonplace at saunas. They are not. Let us keep information accurate for those who visit Brazil or for those who are considering a trip to Brazil.

First time post but have always appreciated the contributions of others here. Very generous to share such personal experiences. I have regularly traveled to Barcelona over the years and have always enjoyed visits to Sauna Thermas. Have always found a large selection of men (one noticeable change is that once most claimed Brazilian background but it has become much more diverse...Eastern Europeans, Moroccans, Africans but very few Spaniards!). In all cases but one, I have found the guys to be friendly, willing to kiss (very important to me), and relative generous with time. My one bad experience is a guy who demanded double the agreed-upon rate once we finished and tried to block the door. But, I responded aggressively and threatened to talk to management and he backed off. The funny thing is I returned on another day on the same trip and he was there. He approached me and asked if I wanted to get together again (the answer was most definitely not!). Again, this was a uncommon situation I think as I have found the guys to be friendly and reasonable on all other visits. I wanted to bring up one favorite from a trip a couple of years ago (saw him twice) and wonder if anyone else ever met him. He went by Alex (not a memorable name) but he was from Guatemala (a background much more uncommon). He had an unbelievable build and cock (I am a bottom) but he was extremely kind/polite/almost shy and so passionate behind the closed door (would kiss forever and would throw me over on the small bed and rim me without me even requesting it...though I certainly didn't complain). I am visiting Barcelona again in May and hope he is there (though he wasn't when I last visited). He had given me his number (which I unfortunately lost) and I have never seen him on gay romeo or elsewhere. I would love to hear from anyone who ever met him. Very special guy. My reason for the post is that I will also be visiting Valencia on this trip for the first time. I seem to have read in a few places that there is a smaller sauna there with rentboys but can't find much information on it. Can anyone confirm its existence (still open?) and what it is like/ worth visiting? This may have been the wrong thread to post the question but I will see if I get any replies. Again, can't express how much I have appreciated the posts of others!!

Now (or at least recently), there was a doorman during the night at the Ariston patio (so someone at reception on the Ariston lobby side and another one on the other side of the road, at patio). A friend of mine recently experienced some problem, even at the patio.
