  1. Lke the Pope's "nephews", this is really a non-starter. For all we know, Charles will suffer a stroke during a sex session with Camilla as he ejaculates with a riding rop stuck up his ass. Liz will live another fifteen years and then Wills is Kingified. Georgie is dressed in so much fluff during his investiture that he discovers an affection for drag and the future King is also the Queen.

  2. By golly, AS, you're a stubborn lad. Put some thought into your next recitation or it will be the worse for you.

  3. From the catalogue: "Basic Male Doll – starts at $5,900" Unless you're into necrophilia, the body warmer add-on is highly recommended. Heat – $300. The built-in heat is not recommended for inserts. It is easier to warm the insert in hot water. Heat warms the anal entries only. Do not play with the doll or put it in water when plugged in. Normal sized dicks are also available on request. The smallest is 6" (sorry, Hito). ---- Ok, call it $7,000 with body hair (extra) and a few other add-ons. Wouldn't you rather spend that kind of cash in Brazil or Thailand or Prague instead?

  5. I wish Senator Feinstein would start worrying about what the CIA is up to instead of who's finding out about it. It seems like she fancies herself part of a Star Chamber.

  6. Bingo. I'm right now rereading David McCollough's bio John Adams. It just never ceases to amaze how clearly the founding fathers foresaw, and of course tried to construct protections against, just the kinds of evils cited in that article.

  8. Actually it was "DIANHEDONIA HALL" but the gloves and the men's clothes were more symptomatic of transvestism. But we digress. Appropriate course of treatment for you-kmow-who? A deep, powerful injection of dark Brasilian chocolate might do the trick. Or is it a dark chocolate Brasilian to powerfully inject deeply into you-know-who? Oh, hell. Forget him. And do me.

  11. I thank all of you for the very kind comments above. PasadenaCA has it right -- these forums pretty much moderate themselves. Oz and I wanted a venue where gay men could engage in gentlemanly discussions and share information. For the most part that has been the history of this site. We owe that all to you guys and to others who have moved on. I take my hat off to you all. I can't give enough praise about the quality of the contributors to this site, be they regulars or occasional. I've always maintained that the posters make any discussion site what it is. That certainly is true here and I look forward to reading and participating with all of you in my new 'civilian' status.

  12. As you say, OZ, certain acts rise to the level of a boycott for some yet not for others. I was only dimly aware of the Chick-fil-A brand until their CEO started flinging his anti-gay cash and rhetoric around and then I vowed he'd never get a red cent out of me. But I still had this incredible urge to try one of their chicken sandwiches just to see what all the fuss was about. Last year, when I was traveling to one of the states where they do business, I got as far as the parking lot and sat there torn between my desire to go in and buy one and my pledge never to put a penny in his pocket. Imagine my surprise when I saw what looked like a perfectly good chicken sandwich, still in the wrapper, lying right next to the dumpster. I thought this would be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity just to taste one, with the pickle on top, without having to actually buy one. I'm not proud of this, but I slid out of the car, slinked over by the dumpster and picked it up, hoping no one would see me. That's when I realized that somebody had pissed on it. We must have missed each other by minutes.

  13. I think it's easy to talk past one another on this issue as it's really two issues: Eich's right to donate to an anti-gay cause, which he has; and my right to boycott his company, which I have. It's not either/or. It's both. A few days ago, I heard a local newscaster who said that Mozilla competes for a generally progressive San Francisco workforce that wants their company to reflect those values, and it wouldn't be considered 'cool' to work for Eich. Personally, I'm happy with Safari.

  14. I just really don't get the idea of stopping support for a CEO who gave 1k to anti-gay marriage measure. He it been another number, my feelings may be different. He has said he would uphold the direction for Mozilla being inclusive. If this is OK to do, then we really should not support any person's company who gave money to any republican campaign for the last 10 years as they have vehemently came out against us. But, to be fair and honest, I did stop going to one resort when I found out the owner was funding Republican candidates with money from the company. I guess it is where each person feels comfortable. I never spend money on Mozilla and I guess I don't think I have a say in their company. I don't spend money in Wal-Mart either and don't think I have a say. But, if Amazon starts to pull shit like this, I might have to rethink my position as I get a few hundred packages a year from them. I remember years ago there was a guy who owns a big gay website for men hunting for other men. And, he gave to very conservative republicans. He kept moving on and his company is just as popular today was it was then.
