  1. AUGUST 8--A woman and her male companion were charged this week in a Nevada federal court after the duo allegedly committed a number of lewd, indecent, and obscene sex acts on each other during a June flight from Oregon to Las Vegas. According to a U.S. District Court complaint, as Allegiant Airlines Flight 557 flight took off from Medford, a fellow passenger--sitting across the aisle from Jessica Stroble and Christopher Martin--observed Stroble perform oral sex and manually stimulate the genitalia of a male passenger sitting in the window seat next to her. After the act was completed, the witness, identified as J.S., watched as Stroble wiped off her mouth while the male put his penis back inside his pants. A second passenger, sitting two seats over from J.S., also saw Martins exposed penis and told an FBI agent that the male passenger had his hand on the back of the females neck and was in his own world. After Stroble, 33, cleaned herself up and Martin put himself away, the fellow flyers then watched as Martin placed his hand down Strobles pants, touching her crotch while he began rubbing it up and down and the female assisted him. 2. German companies to automatically encrypt emails Friday, August 9, 2013 BERLIN (AP) — Two of Germany's biggest Internet service providers say they will encrypt customers' emails by default following reports that the U.S. National Security Agency monitors international electronic communications. Deutsche Telekom AG and United Internet AGsay emails sent by their customers will be automatically encrypted starting Friday. Initially the encryption will only be secure between customers of Deutsche Telekom's T-Onlineservice and United Internet's GMX and WEB.DE services. The companies claim these three providers account for two-thirds of primary email addresses in Germany. Deutsche Telekom CEO Rene Obermann says the initiative came because "Germans are deeply unsettled by the latest reports on the potential interception of communication data" revealed by NSA leaker Edward Snowden. It wasn't immediately clear if German security services would have a key to decrypt the emails. Well, it would be nice to know who can decrypt the encryptions. Still, I continue to believe there's a market opportunity for an ISP, somewhere in the world, to offer a reliable promise of privacy to its customers without jumping through extra hoops to sign up and use the service. And it seems this would be the time to start marketing it to potential U. S. customers. It would be nice if a U. S. company would take it on, but I'm not holding my breath.

  4. A recent article in the Kentucky Post reported that a woman, Anne Maynard, has sued St Luke’s Hospital, saying that after her husband was treated there recently, he had lost all interest in sex. A hospital spokesman replied, "Mr. Maynard was actually admitted in Ophthalmology - all we did was to correct his eyesight."

  8. You are wrong in everything you say. But, I do not expect you to admit that and that is OK. I grew up in Alabama and experienced gay bashing first hand. Don't sit on your high horse and tell me that I don't know the hurt that these things have. I had a lover burned alive in his car. I had friends burned in their trailer. I saw things that you have never seen. I had things done to me that I do not discuss and will not on any forum. So, while you may have more experience holding hands of victims, I do not think your experiences make you a better judge of what one should understand. We all come to the table with different experiences and while you seem to think yours should have more value than others. They don't. What was said in the ONE poll was the discussion. What other poll did I start a few months later? I referenced the ONE poll on the subject. You will not find another poll as there was not one. There was one poll I started and I used quotes from it. I also said it would not be in my vocabulary in the future and it has not. The article on Porto Alegre has been on the site for a long time. I even re-posted it in the forums and linked to it. I did not edit it or put it up recently. It has been on the site and in the City Guides area. The only thing I changed was the addition to the businesses in that area. I also created a special forum for the city and I placed business listings in that particular city. Nothing else was changed. I did not change the article and I do not have the ability to do that unless the programmers make that change. Why? It is hard coded html with photos in it that are arranged. I don't edit them. Other people make changes to html on the site. You say I had a chance to remove it, I didn't reread it and even realize it was there. But, I refuse to argue with you as facts do not seem relevant to you. Several posters in this thread have summed things up very nicely. I have even stated that I would never use the word again as it is offensive to some even if used in the "campy" way I used it. That is not enough for you. So, I'm done with this discussion with you. If you wish one based on facts as opposed to emotion, let me know. Otherwise, don't expect another comment from me in this thread regarding this.

  9. Tom Foolery! The musical based on the words and music of Tom Lehrer: http://www.tomlehrer.org/tomlehrer/enter.html "The material in TOMFOOLERY, such as it is, is drawn entirely from the works of Tom Lehrer, whose recordings of certain peculiar songs of his own devising won him a certain notoriety in the '50s and '60s. "In 1953 Tom Lehrer, an otherwise inoffensive graduate student and part-time teacher of mathematics at Harvard University, had the effrontery to issue on his own an LP entitled Songs by Tom Lehrer, the inexplicable success of which led to several years of nightclub and concert appearances in the U.S., U.K., and various other Lehrer-speaking countries, as well as two further recorded collections, An Evening Wasted with Tom Lehrer and That Was the Year that Was. To date these LPs have sold over a million and a half copies, God knows to whom. "A sparkling cast of four versatile and impenitent performers has now been assembled to inflict Mr. Lehrer's songs and prose upon theatre audiences in a lighthearted and heavy-handed (or is this the other way round?) review called TOMFOOLERY. "Mr. Lehrer's childish delight at the advent of this show is in sharp contrast to his otherwise jaundiced view of everything. He has actively participated in the compilation of TOMFOOLERY and made a general nuisance of himself at rehearsals, at the same time expressing considerable relief that his participation does not extend to the other side of the footlights." ...Who dat: http://www.casualhacker.net/tom.lehrer/jmazner/lehrhtml.html

Why I changed my mind on weed

Personally I do not use weed. Most aviation employees are on drug testing programs and weed use is grounds for dismissal. It is widely believed that weed use can be detected long after use, unlike alcohol and some other substances. Therefore, most employees do not use it, perhaps except on extended vacations or the like. Like almost anything, likely there is more to be discovered about the use of weed. I personally have no problem with medical weed. However, I don't want those folks driving cars or airplanes or any heavy equipment but apparently most of them are incapable of such because of their illness if not the effects of weed. I realize some readers and posters herein use weed and other recreational drugs. That is their personal choice and I leave them to it. One other small point. I do believe there is such a thing as an addictive personality which suggests those folks might be more susceptible to dependency on any drug. Best regards, RA1

  11. I haven't been to Porcao on the Aterro in about 6 years. The last time, we went for lunch on the day before Easter. The views are incredible of Niteroi and the rolling hills to the south, across the bay. It is expensive, but most everything is great. Having the ostrich was special. Try to grab some as it comes out of the kitchen. Because as it spends time away from the oven, the meat gets a bit tougher as time goes on. I really hate going there as I just can't stop wanting to taste everything. Don't bother with the creme of papaya or manga for dessert. I prefer to just make for myself a little plate of fruits, nuts and cheeses to nibble from over coffee or a last glass of wine.

  14. Today I met Tony (Hecthor in GRomeo). Nice guy and nice flat, where we had a satisfying ecounter (70 e.). I certainly recommend him: he is a great kisser and sucker, beautiful defined body (he could pass the casting of 300!) and warm... He told me he made some porn (as Tony Duque). The followers of this forum may know he is pretty fluent in English. More to follow....
