Paymon’s Mediterranean Cafe & Hookah Lounge

There’s not a bunch of frills here; the menu might seem more like a fancy Greek diner than a place you’d actually want to come to Vegas to eat at. But their eclectic Mediterranean dishes mixed with some Persian and Indian influences are good, cheap, and blissfully down-to-earth.
